About Our Membership
To get your membership started, simply mail us a completed application form and include a non-refundable $50.00 application fee. We will review your sitter/nanny requirements and the carefully match your needs with our professional caregivers. Next, we discuss qualified applicants that you can contact, interview and make your Professional Sitter/Nanny selection. The membership fee is due before your caregiver begins services even if on a trial basis.

One Month: $200.00
Three Months: $425.00
Six Months: $575.00
One Year/Premium: $850.00

Coming in from out of town or only use a sitter a few times a year?
Ask about our occasional use fees. Only $35.00 each date you need. All caregivers have been screened and coried.

Hourly Sitter Rates

$13.00-$18.00 per hour

(Hourly rates based upon the number of children, the caregivers experience, and the job responsibilities.)

Overnight Rates

Overnight (24 hours) $150-$200
Full Week (7 days) $900-$1400

All membership fees are due in advance and are renewable at the end of the term you select in order to continue employing your caregiver(s).

Each applicant is carefully screened to insure that responsible and loving care is provided to your children. We check three references and do a background and driving record check on the candidates.All candidates will take first aid and CPR. At Pro Sitters our mission is to provide you with the perfect solution to your childcare needs. We do this by carefully listening to your requirements and desires and match them with a skilled professional to insure the utmost in quality care.

Part time and Full time regular/permanent caregivers receive vacation and holiday benefits. Some full time employees request health insurance.

Please find listed below some policies that will be helpful to be aware of when using the many services we provide.

Short-term members must deal directly with the agency.
Pleases do not refer caregivers from the agency to friends or relatives. You may, of course, refer the agency.
Caregivers receive additional pay when:
-Sitting for families combining children (call agency first)
-Carpooling children
-Errand running
-Short notice or emergency back-up is requested
-Special holidays requested
Ex:New Years Eve $20/hr
There is a 3-4 hour minimum depending upon distance sitter traveled.
24-hour notice is required when canceling a sitter, otherwise a $25 courtesy fee must be sent directly to the caregiver.
If your child has a virus or contagious illness give you caregiver the option to work.
Permanent caregivers receive benefits such as vacation, sick pay and holidays. Some require medical insurance.
We have an open-door policy for our families and caregivers. You are all important to us!

Our programs are tailored to meet your needs. We offer both short term and long term membership programs, ranging from one month through one year. There ia also an occasional care program for families that only need help from time to time.

We supply full time and part time nannies and night and weekend sitters. Our caregivers are available for day-time, evenings, overnights, and weekly stays.We also offer back up care when your regular caregiver is ill or on vacation Here are some examples of the programs we offer:
